1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage. This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the Vision Bridge website (visionbridge.sa) uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements Section 10 of our Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Cookies
We group cookies into three categories. Only strictly necessary cookies are set without your consent — analytics and marketing cookies are off by default and are used only if you allow them through the cookie banner or the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
- Strictly necessary: Required for the website to function — security, page navigation, and remembering your consent choices. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the site, by collecting and reporting information on how the site is used. These cookies are set by Google Analytics and by HubSpot, our customer relationship management platform, and allow us to recognise returning visitors. Set only with your consent.
- Marketing: Marketing cookies are used to track visitors across websites so that we can measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant VisionBridge advertising elsewhere. These cookies are set by LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft and Meta. Set only with your consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded through Google Tag Manager only after you consent, and are removed or blocked if you decline or withdraw consent. The two HubSpot opt-out cookies in the strictly necessary category are the exception: they exist precisely to record a refusal, so they remain even when you decline everything.

4. Managing and Withdrawing Consent
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the website footer. Your choices are stored with a timestamp and version, and we will ask again after 6 months, or sooner if this policy changes.
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website functions.
